Who we are looking for:
Freedom Heating is looking for an individual that has a good knowledge of HVAC systems in a commercial setting. We need a clean-cut person with great customer service skills to start the process of the new installation of a customer’s new HVAC system.
Position responsibilities include:
- Punctuality to the shop in the morning and to the customer’s home/ project site.
- Pre-con meetings, takeoffs, layout, and meetings.
- Place order of needed sheet metal fittings with shop or Supplier.
- Update the job folder.
- Update the Install/project Manager (Rob Bunch/Rick Lucero).
- Work with the shop leads to pull equipment and supplies and stage for install team.
- Conduct morning meetings with Install lead/foreman.
- Follow up with the install/management team as they progress through the installation.
- Confirm with the Install Manager about the job completion and how the job progressed.
- Update the schedule with IM/PM and notify of labor concerns.
- Follow the Freedom way of leading including attending classes.
- Have a positive attitude when conducting business.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s License. Insurable with company vehicle policy.
- Residential/commercial HVAC experience 5 years needed 10 years + recommended. (Split, Ductless, HP, Gas, 80%, 96%+,RTU’s, suppliers, leadership, etc….).
- Experience ordering fittings a plus.
- HVAC certifications and licenses (including 608 and low volt) is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft office including excel and word is a plus.

Compensation
- Pay starts at $35+ per hr. DOE
